Frequently Asked Questions
In what formats do you offer this training?
This training will be offered in a hybrid format with synchronous online sessions offered on Zoom and in-person every other week. “Homework” in between sessions will help you apply what you learn during the 90-minute sessions to your own organization and work. This program has the goal for you to leave with most of a grant application written and reviewed that you can submit to a real funder.
What types of programs have you offered in the past?
We have offered an overview of the grant seeking process as well as program around each stage in the grant seeking process and multi-day programs that provide hands-on exercises that let you immediately practice and get feedback on a mock grant application.
What if we cannot afford this training program?
You can't afford not to improve your grant skills. One new successful grant will more than pay for this class. Your investment in training will return on that investment many times over in more effective and efficient grant seeking, both of which mean more money.
Many funders will also invest in improving your organization’s development and build your capacity.
